Fifteen years ago Derek Stupski built his first business, Stupski Fitness, and learned the only lesson that matters: revenue isn’t theory, it’s survival. In 2018 he bet on himself again and invested in Alex Hormozi’s Gym Launch. Within a year he wasn’t just a client. He was running the coaching department, guiding nearly 100 gym owners worldwide through their marketing, sales, and operations.

In 2020 he sold the gym and went all in. He moved into sales and, in ninety days, earned the role leading the entire sales department, a seat he held until he chose to walk away in late 2021. Five years inside one of the most talked-about growth engines of the decade taught him exactly what it takes to push a company past $30 million: profitable acquisition, airtight onboarding, and customer success that actually delivers.

In 2022 he turned that education into Rapid Sales. What began as sales consulting became done-for-you sales management, and then the full acquisition model our growth partners run today.
